We got married on 11/16 and needed transit for ourselves and for around 90 people to and from our wedding, about 45min each way with some hairpin turns. Our schedule had changed a few times, they were good about when we called with a revision and were transparent about pricing. They were timely on our big day, the buses and car were very clean, and the drivers were really nice and professional. Our guests were a little rowdy and were passing around chicken tenders on the bus ride back to our hotel block, the driver was good about it. Shout out to Jim who drove us at the end of the night! We recently used Tropical transportation after taking a cruise from Port Canaveral. The booking process was very easy. Our driver texted me the morning of pick up hours before our arrival to make sure he would be there on time. The communication was much appreciated and made it easy to know where to go to get picked up and that he would be waiting on us. The van was very clean and comfortable. We rode to Daytona to spend the day. Our driver offered to keep our luggage and then dropped us off, let us enjoy the beach and grab some lunch, then he picked us up and took us to the airport. He made it very easy for us to relax and enjoy our day. I have never had such amazing service! Tour organizers were impressed with the company's punctuality and the cleanliness of the vehicles.
